The latest generation of the MINI Countryman marks a significant leap in design and functionality. This new model showcases a fresh exterior design, elevating its off-road persona. Inside, the cabin benefits from innovative materials, creating a more comfortable environment.
Additionally, customers can choose from four new trim options, allowing for extensive customization to suit individual tastes.
Engine Performance and Efficiency: The Countryman C and S
MINI is redefining its engine performance levels with the introduction of the MINI Countryman C and the more powerful S variant. The Countryman C features a 3-cylinder gasoline engine, balancing efficient performance with a spacious and comfortable driving experience.
The entry-level Countryman C boasts a 125 kW/170 hp engine, capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.3 seconds and reaching a top speed of 212 km/h. Its engine, equipped with TwinPower Turbo technology and 280 Nm of torque, provides a dynamic and responsive driving experience. The vehicle also incorporates a mild hybrid system to enhance fuel efficiency and reduce emissions.
Exterior Features: A Blend of Purity and Presence
The new MINI Countryman has grown in size, now 13 cm longer and 8 cm higher than its predecessor. Its striking design includes a revamped octagonal front grille and a sleek body design with delicate contours. LED lighting enhances the vehicle’s modern look, with optional new light signatures adding to its distinctiveness.
Standard Piano Black roof rails enhance functionality, allowing for easy attachment of accessories like roof racks or boxes.
Interior Design: Spacious and Innovative
The Countryman’s interior comfortably seats five adults and is brightened by a panoramic glass roof. Sports seats in the cockpit offer increased space, and the rear seats are adjustable for added flexibility. The boot space is versatile, ranging from 450 to 1460 litres, adaptable to varying needs.
The central focus of the interior is a 240 mm round OLED display, offering easy and intuitive control of all infotainment and assistance systems. The MINI Experience Modes further enhance the driving experience by altering the cockpit’s visual design, ambient lighting, and sound design.
Advanced Driving Assistance
For the first time, the Countryman includes the Driving Assistant Plus feature, enabling partially automated Level 2 driving on highways. This system allows hands-free driving at speeds up to 60 km/h, as long as the driver remains attentive and ready to intervene.
Customization Options: Four Trim Variants
The new MINI Countryman C offers four trim variants: Essential, Classic, Favoured, and JCW. Each variant provides different color options for the exterior and interior, along with unique C-pillar designs. The Favoured trim, for example, features a Vibrant Silver front grille frame and Smokey Green body color, complemented by 20-inch Windmill Spoke 2-tone rims.
The interior boasts a two-tone color gradient on the textile surfaces, made from recycled polyester, and includes heated sports seats available in three colors with traditional accent stitching.
