At CES 2024, Samsung took centre stage, unveiling a series of smart home appliances integrating advanced AI technology. This lineup, set to redefine household chores, includes an AI-powered induction cooktop, washer-dryer combo, slide-in range, and an innovative refrigerator.
The Samsung Bespoke 4-Door Flex Refrigerator: A Technological Marvel
One of the standout products in Samsung’s new lineup is the Bespoke 4-Door Flex Refrigerator. Launched ahead of CES 2024, this refrigerator blends style and high-tech functionality. Equipped with the AI Family Hub+ and AI Vision Inside, the fridge is capable of scanning and identifying up to 33 different food items. It intelligently sends alerts about the expiry dates of these items, ensuring minimal waste. This futuristic appliance is also compatible with the updated Samsung Food app, which allows users to tailor its functions to their dietary needs, including vegan and gluten-free options.
Cooking Made Smarter with AI Integration
Samsung’s venture into smart kitchen appliances continues beyond refrigeration. The Anyplace Induction Cooktop and Slide-in Range, featuring a 7-inch LCD screen, are designed to assist in meal preparation. These AI-integrated appliances promise to make cooking more intuitive and efficient, catering to the needs of both novice cooks and culinary experts.
Revolutionizing Laundry with AI
Moving beyond the kitchen, Samsung introduced the Bespoke AI All-in-One Laundry Combo. This appliance functions as both a washer and dryer, boasting a 5.3 cubic feet capacity. The AI-driven system is engineered to optimize washing and drying times, determine the ideal amount of detergent, and adapt to various fabric types and load weights. Adding the Super Speed Cycle means that a whole load of laundry is washed and dried more quickly.
In addition, Samsung revealed the Bespoke AI Laundry Hub — a stacked washer-dryer unit incorporating similar AI capabilities.

While Samsung has not yet disclosed pricing or release dates for these innovative appliances, it is anticipated that the Bespoke line will maintain its position as one of the market’s premium options.
